2. 账号注册与安全
- 提供真实、最新的注册信息并妥善保管凭证；手机号/第三方登录需具备合法授权。
- 发现异常登录或安全事件，请及时联系我们；我们可采取冻结/验证等保护措施。
3. 服务与行为规范
- 功能：衣橱管理、穿搭记录、AI 搭配、社区分享；可能因版本/设备/合规要求差异调整。
- 禁止违法、涉政、暴力、淫秽、侵权、歧视、虚假内容；禁止攻击、爬取或绕过安全。
- 社区/生成内容可事前或事后审核；违规可被警告、限流、下线、冻结或移交主管机关，并可申诉。
4. 知识产权与授权
- 应用素材、界面、算法与代码受法律保护。
- 您保留原创上传内容权利，同时授予魅格全球非排他、可转授权许可，用于展示、推荐、改进和推广服务，并保证不侵权。
5. AI 声明与未成年人
- AI 输出为参考，不构成个性化建议或保证；不得用于违法或高风险场景。
- 未满 18 周岁应在监护人同意与指导下使用；涉及 14 周岁以下信息将按法律征得监护人单独同意。
6. 责任限制与变更
- 服务按“现状”提供；不可抗力、合规要求、维护或第三方中断导致的不可用或数据丢失，我们在合理范围内协助恢复。
- 因政策/运营/安全需要可变更、中止或终止服务；严重违规账号可被限制或终止。
7. 法律与争议
- 适用中国大陆法律；争议优先协商，协商不成提交魅格运营方所在地有管辖权的人民法院。

2. Account & Security
- Provide accurate, current info; phone/third-party sign-in requires authorization.
- Report suspicious access; we may freeze/verify to protect you.
3. Services & Conduct
- Wardrobe management, outfit logging, AI styling, community sharing; features may vary by build/device/compliance.
- No illegal, violent, obscene, infringing, discriminatory, or false content; no attacks, scraping, or bypassing safeguards.
- Community/AI content may be moderated; violations may be warned/limited/removed/frozen/reported, with appeals.
4. IP & License
- App assets, UI, algorithms, and code are protected.
- You retain rights to uploads while granting Allugram a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to display, recommend, operate, improve, and promote the service, confirming necessary rights.
5. AI & Minors
- AI outputs are reference only, not guarantees; avoid illegal or high-risk uses.
- Under 18s use with guardian consent/supervision; under-14 data may require guardian consent.
6. Liability & Changes
- Service is provided as-is; outages/data loss may occur due to force majeure, compliance, maintenance, or third-party issues. We will reasonably assist recovery but, where permitted by law, limit liability beyond statutory requirements.
- We may change/suspend/terminate for policy/operational/safety reasons; severe violations may limit or terminate use.
7. Law & Disputes
- Governing law: Mainland China. Disputes: negotiate first; otherwise, courts where Allugram operates.
